What counts as a booth?+
One booth is one Windows PC paired to your account. Move that PC between venues as often as you like, because the licence follows the machine. Swapping a dead PC for a spare is a two-minute re-pair, not a new subscription.
What counts as an event?+
One job in your dashboard: a wedding, a party, a two-day conference, however many sessions it captures and however many booths run it. Solo covers 30 events a calendar month and Studio 100; Franchise is unlimited. The count resets on the 1st, and sessions inside an event are never capped.
What happens when I run out of gallery storage?+
Nothing breaks mid-event. Booths keep capturing and uploading, and we email you. The Storage page in your dashboard shows what is using space, from biggest events down to individual session videos, with one-click delete for each. Clearing room usually takes a minute.
Can I pause over the off-season?+
Yes, for up to four months a year on any monthly plan, at no cost. Your events, frames and galleries stay where you left them, and guest links keep working while you are paused.
What happens to guest galleries if I cancel?+
Links you have already handed out keep resolving for the retention window set on each event, so no guest ends up with a dead QR code because of a billing change. You can export every session before you go.
Do you take a cut of my event revenue?+
No. You charge your clients whatever you like. There is no per-print or per-session fee, so a busy Saturday costs you the same as a quiet one.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?+
Neither. Cancel a monthly plan from the dashboard whenever you want. Annual plans are paid once for ten months and cover twelve.
How do I pay?+
Card for monthly and annual plans. Enterprise is invoiced annually, and we can work with a purchase order if your finance team needs one.
