Your frames.
Your hardware.
Your events, organised.
OiBooth is the booth app and the dashboard behind it. Design your own frames in the browser, run the camera and printer you already own, and keep every booth, event and guest photo in one place.
What would you like?
Built around the job
Three things owners tell us they are tired of.
Locked-in hardware, frames you cannot edit, and photos you cannot find. We built around those three before anything else.
The software only talks to one camera
Their brand of camera, their brand of printer, or nothing. The spare body and the backup printer you own sit in the van as ornaments.
Use any camera and any printer Windows can drive. You set the camera source, paper size, cutter and colour once in Setup, and keep the kit you already own.
A new frame means a designer and a USB stick
The client sends artwork on Thursday, you cannot drop a PNG onto a template, and Saturday still runs last year’s overlay.
Upload the artwork, drag the photo openings onto it, add text, save. Unlimited designs, chosen per event, and the preview is what prints. A late logo takes minutes.
Booths, events and photos live in three places
A laptop per booth, last month’s wedding on a drive in the van, and a client asking for their gallery while you are setting up tonight’s job.
Every booth, event and guest gallery sits in one dashboard. Assign Saturday’s wedding from your phone, and photos stay filed under the right event for as long as you choose.

The frame editor
Upload your artwork. Place the openings. Save.
A frame is the artwork and the photo openings together, so you are never stuck inside a template. Drop in the PNG a client just sent, drag the slots where you want them, add a name and a date. The openings you place also decide how many shots the booth takes, so there is nothing to keep in sync.
- Upload artwork you already have. No pack of locked templates.
- Drag, resize, rotate, round the corners, add borders and text.
- Unlimited frames on every plan, sized how you draw them, chosen per event.
- Editor and printer share one renderer, so there are no surprises on paper.
Edit everything
Set the booth up per event, from a browser.
Saturday’s wedding and Sunday’s corporate should not share a headline, a colour or a frame. Change it on your laptop and the booth picks it up in about a minute.
Attract screen
Headline, subline, logo, colours and looping media. The first thing a guest sees is yours.
What that night offers
Which frames and filters the booth shows, so a corporate job never inherits a wedding overlay.
Capture and print
Countdown, pose gap, copies, and a hard cap so one group cannot burn the roll.
The gallery
QR on or off, downloads on or off, and how many days the link lives. Set per event.
Grow without the mess
Several booths, a full calendar, photos you can find.
Capturing the night is the easy part. The hard part is Monday: which booth is where, which event is live, and where last month’s galleries went.

Guest galleries stored
Kept against the right event. Retention you set. Searchable when a client emails.
Booths you can see
Pair each PC once, assign it to an event, and watch camera, printer and pending uploads from one screen.
A calendar you can work from
Each event carries its own branding, frames, filters and gallery rules, so Sunday never inherits Saturday.
Cloud storage for guest photos
Sessions land under the right event with their prints, source shots and video, searchable when a client emails. You set how long they stay.
Your kit, not ours
Any camera. Any printer. Configured properly.
If Windows can see the camera and print to the printer, OiBooth can run the night, once paper size, cutter and camera source are set right. That config is the difference between a smooth event and a queue.
Camera
Any camera Windows sees as a video source: a DSLR or mirrorless through the maker’s webcam utility, a UVC webcam, or the body already in your booth. Live view, stills and session video come off one stream.
You choose the camera once in Setup. A stable USB connection matters more than the badge on the body.
Printer
Any dye-sub or photo printer with a Windows driver. Paper size, borderless, cutter and colour live in the driver; we send a finished sheet and stay out of the way.
A frame smaller than the sheet is composited several-up, so your cutter splits it into identical prints. We test on a DNP DS-RX1HS.
Booth PC
Windows 10 or 11. Any machine that already runs your current booth software will do, and it installs as a normal desktop app.
A touchscreen is recommended: the whole guest flow is tap-only.
Unsure about a specific camera or printer? Book a walkthrough and we will set it up with you on your own hardware.
The guest journey
About a minute, start to strip.
Every timing and option below is set per event, from a browser, without touching the booth.
Touch to start
Your headline, your logo, your looping attract screen. One tap and the session is theirs.
Pick a frame
Guests choose from the designs you uploaded. The frame sets how many shots the booth takes.
Countdown, pose, repeat
A hands-free burst on your timing, with the session recording to video in the background.
Filter and confirm
The preview uses the same renderer as the print, so the tile they tap is what comes out.
Print and scan
The print comes out with a QR on it. Their photos are on their phone before they sit back down.
The night that still matters
When the venue wifi drops, the booth keeps working.
Ask any owner about their worst night and connectivity comes up. So the booth treats the internet as optional. It caches the whole event on disk, writes each finished session to disk before any network call, and hands the upload to a queue that survives restarts and power cuts.
- Guests still get their print and their QR code with the router unplugged.
- Uploads retry with backoff and resume where they stopped.
- Photos publish first; the session video follows when it is ready.
- Your dashboard shows how many sessions each booth still has queued.

Queued on disk
Only the upload waits. The guest's link is already live, showing a page that refreshes itself until their photos land.
Deliberately simple
The frame is the print.
There is no paper-size menu at the booth. You size a frame when you design it, and that is what comes out of the machine, so your creativity goes into the frames.
Design a 2×6 strip
Composited two-up onto one 4×6 sheet and split by your printer's cutter, so a couple walks away with one each. One sheet of media, two guests.
Or a full 4×6
The whole sheet as one print, for group shots and corporate work where a narrow strip never quite does the job. Or a 4×4 square, or anything in between.
Guests pick a frame and the booth prints it at the size you drew it. Cut or uncut is one setting in your printer's own driver.
What you get
The four things owners ask about first.
Design your own frames
Upload the artwork you already have, drag the photo openings onto it, add text. Unlimited frames on every plan, and the preview is what prints.
Change a booth from your laptop
Headline, logo, colours, frames, countdown, copies, filters. Save it in the dashboard and the booth picks it up in about a minute. No USB stick, no restart.
Works with the kit you own
Pair any camera and printer Windows can drive, then set paper size, cutter and camera source once. No brand lock-in.
Booths, events and photos in one place
Run several booths and a full calendar from one dashboard. Guest photos are stored against the right event and stay searchable, with retention you set.

Needed to run a session
The part guests remember
Their photos, on their phone, before they leave the party.
Every session gets a short code, a QR on the print, and a page that loads on one bar of signal. No app, no sign-up, no email wall, which is exactly why guests share them. You keep the files filed under the right event for as long as you choose.
Print-quality downloads
A phone-sized image to view, the full 300 DPI file to keep.
Session video
The whole session as an MP4 that plays on any phone.
Retention you set
Links expire after the days you choose, per event, or never.
Your branding
Your logo and colours, and your own domain on Franchise.

Small team, short queue
Tell us what is missing and we will build it.
We are a small team, so an email after an event reaches the people who write the code. A print option, a branding tweak, a job you are still doing by hand: send it over. Most of what is on this page started as an operator asking for it.
- Requests from working operators come before anything on our own list.
- A walkthrough, an email or a note after an event is enough to get one moving.
- We will tell you plainly if something is a long job rather than a quick one.

Questions
Questions owners ask us.
What happens if the venue wifi goes down mid-event?+
Guests will not notice. Each session is written to the booth’s own disk before any network call, so capture, printing and the QR code keep working with no connection at all. Uploads wait in a queue that survives restarts and power cuts, and drain on their own when the network comes back.
Does it only work with certain cameras and printers?+
No. OiBooth uses whatever camera and printer Windows already drives. You set the camera source, and the printer’s paper size, cutter and colour, once in Setup. If you are unsure about your kit, book a walkthrough and we will set it up with you on your own hardware.
Can I upload my own frames?+
Yes. Upload any artwork, drag the photo openings onto it, add text if you need it, and save. Unlimited frames on every plan, each printed at the size you drew it, and you choose which ones an event shows. What you see in the editor is what leaves the printer.
How do I keep several booths and events straight?+
Each booth pairs to your account and is assigned to an event, and each event carries its own branding, frames, filters and gallery rules. Photos upload against that event, stay searchable afterwards, and expire when you say. One dashboard covers the fleet, the calendar and the galleries.
How long does a session take?+
About a minute for most operators, but you control it. The countdown and the pause between shots are set per event, and the frame a guest picks decides how many shots are taken.
Can I put my own branding on it?+
Yes: your logo and colours on the booth screens, your artwork as frames, your text on the print. On Franchise and Enterprise the guest gallery runs on your own domain with no mention of us.
Do guests need an app or an email address?+
No. They scan the QR on their strip and the photos are there. No install, no sign-up, no email wall. You can still turn downloads off per event if a client asks.
Who owns the photos?+
You do. They sit in your account against the right event, and you decide how long guest links last. We do not sell, license or train anything on your images.
How do I get started?+
Sign up with an email address or your Google account. You get a dashboard, two starter frames and a pairing code for your first booth. If you would rather see it running on your own hardware first, book a walkthrough and we will take a test print on the call.
Tell us what you run.
Book a walkthrough and we will go through it on your own camera and printer. If it is not the right fit for your setup, we will say so on the call.
No card needed, and no sales sequence afterwards.
